Cummins Emissions Solutions wanted their plant to feel bold, interesting and nothing like a typical Cummins space. I developed three concepts, and Framed Performance was chosen.
The idea frames the people and the parts that make up Cummins, the way you would frame something worth a second look. A Cummins Red frame runs through the system to anchor it to the brand, while angled geometry and a secondary palette led by Mist, a nod to emission flow, give the space its own identity.
The system is now installed across the plant: lobby panels, a 62-foot Health, Safety and Environment hallway built around "Always Resilient," and a heritage hallway that walks employees through a century of Cummins history.
