In 2026, Cummins had a problem on their hands. Recall 67A was out, and a whole lot of customers just weren't acting on it. Cummins already had the carrot: complete the recall, and you'd get a shot at meeting a NASCAR driver and an all-inclusive trip to Miami. Our job was making sure people actually noticed.
That meant it couldn't look like your average recall notice. We wanted Fast Track to Miami loud, fast and a little rugged, while still playing nicely inside Cummins' brand guidelines. The campaign touched just about everything: a tv spot, a digital ad push, a custom dealer kit shipped to dealerships, and a specialized mailer sent to targeted customers.
Tying it all together was the split visual I created for Cummins' 2026 recall program, putting the driver and the customer side by side.
